 Please read the Sales Policy below before purchasing a rabbit from us. Thank you

1) As soon as the rabbit leaves our rabbitry we are no longer responsible for that rabbit

2) If any rabbit is returned to us within 7 days after the purchase date for any reason you must have a vet referral saying what is wrong with the rabbit. We do not give you refunds if you just decide you want to return the rabbit because you no longer want it.

Vet visits will not be reimbursed

You will get the choice of another bunny if something is wrong with yours or get a full refund. This only applies if conditions match below.

This is only if the rabbit is ill from something caused from our rabbitry not from the new owners or new owners house

3) If any rabbit is sold as show quality we do not gurantee a show sucess.

4) I will try to tell you the sex of the rabbit the best I can. This does not mean that I dont make mistakes.

I will tell you by email or phone and I will try to show you.

5) No baby rabbits will leave until they are at least 7-8 weeks old.

6) I no longer have a waiting list, but do have a newsletter, so it is a first come first serve basis unless a deposit is received or other arrangements are made.

7) As of right now we do not ship rabbits.

8) I do not sell any rabbits for or as meat or for food.

9) Holding Rabbit(s): We only hold a rabbit if a deposit is received (unless other arrangements are made). Deposits are half of the price of the rabbit. Deposits will not be returned to you if you back out of the sale, but if we were to back out you will receive it back.

You can put a deposit on a rabbit at 4-5 weeks and older.

If you put a deposit on a rabbit, the other half is required at time of pick up.

10) Sorry but we only except cash when purchasing a bunny.

11) We have the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason and we dont have to give an explanation, if you do not agree please do not purchase a rabbit from us.

12) If a rabbit is sold as a proven breeder or was for me, I cannot gurantee that she/he will breed for you.

13) If you ever decide to sell your rabbit please let me know and I may buy it back from you or know someone who might buy it from you.

I price my rabbits on overall quality, color, and personality.

Prices dont always include pedigree, to know for sure look at the description under the rabbit or email me. Almost all of my rabbits are able to be pedigreed, just ask if it does not say - normally it will say next to the bunny, this bunny is able to be pedigreed or this bunny is not able to be pedigreed.

Prices:

Pet Quality $10 and up - pet quality comes with a birth certificate, to get a pedigree it is an additional fee.

Rabbits sold as pet quality normally have some disqualifications for showing, this is under our opinion and what we think and could be proven wrong as they are baby rabbits. Rabbits sold as pet quality can turn out to be showable, that is why we offer pedigrees for pet quality for an additional fee.

A rabbit we feel is pet quality may not just be for show disqualifications, it may be because the rabbit has a great personality and temperment and would make a great family pet. For Example, there may be a rabbit that is only good for Pet quality because it is too small for breeding and has disqualifications for showing but has an awesome temperment or say there is a rabbit that is good for pet quality, brood and show quality (these rabbits are priced a little higher as they have all qualities) because it has great color, is big enough for breeding and has a great personality for a pet.

Show Quality $20 & up - Show quality are rabbits that we think will do well in showing, but again this is our opinion and we could be wrong. The price of show quality rabbits normally includes the pedigree but may not, to know for sure look under the rabbit description or again email me.

Brood Quality $20 & up - Brood quality are rabbits that we think may be better in breeding than in showing or may not be good for showing but may produce good show babies, again we could be wrong and they could turn out showable. The price of brood quality usually includes pedigrees but may not, to be sure look under the rabbits description or again email me.

I try my best to make sure the rabbits under each quality above are right for that quality. But I do make mistakes, as the rabbits are young (when buying a baby rabbit) so the new owner is responsible for checking the rabbit (I will be very happy to show you what each quality rabbit looks like, if I have one when you pick up your rabbit) again once it leaves us.
